This past Sunday Matt and I went over to my parents for dinner. I wanted to bring a dish, and knowing one of my Mom's favorite deserts was lemon bars I decided to give them a shot! At first I thought they might be a failure but they turned out great! The taste was absolutely fantastic. They're "lemony" but then have the "cakey" taste to them as well. Best combination! They were a huge hit with my parents as well. I will defiantly be making these again!
This looks and sounds delicious--I love anything with lemons!
