Easier Than it Seems

{Coconut oil.}

simply amazing and has so many benefits.
For the past month now I've used coconut oil on my face as a makeup remover and put a thin layer on before I go to bed at night. On a personal level, I've suffered from bad acne for the past 8 years and I have tried everything it feels like! Coconut oil has done WONDERS for my acne, it isn't completely gone but has gone down tremendously. I highly recommend it!

There are so many different coconut oils to use, but which ever you pick you want to make sure it is Raw Organic coconut oil. I believe I found this at a local health food store, which you can get it here for 15.99 but you get a huge tub of it!
Here's an amazing story of a man who's Alzheimer's improved just by taking coconut oil daily. They don't really tell you how to or how much to take and I'm not sure either, but I do know if you try this heat it up in the pan over the stove. The radiation of your microwave will destroy the nutrients in the oil.
It also decreases cellulite and stretch marks, it increases lymph movement when used as a deodorant, increases digestion when used as cooking oil, your hair will feel silky and healthier, helps even out skin tone, helps with acne and darkness for under eyes and under arms.
you can also make your own deodorant here and toothpaste here!
I hope these helped

  1. I absolutely love coconut oil, for both beauty and cooking. You are right - it works wonders on the skin and hair. (Although, the first few days I used it caused a major breakout as it was drawing out toxins. After that, amazing!)

    Love the blog! Can't wait to read more posts!
